LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Four (4) Township Thirteen (13) <br />North, Range One (1) East of the Second Principal Meridian, bounded and described as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter run thence westerly along the south <br />line of the northeast quarter a distance of thirteen hundred nineteen (13 19) feet to the west line of <br />the east half of the northeast quarter; deflect 89 degrees and 40 minutes right and run northerly <br />along the west line of said east half a distance of eight hundred twenty seven and nine -tenths <br />(827.9) feet to a point in the center of gravel road; deflect 89 degrees and 57 minutes right and <br />run easterly a distance of three hundred thirty (330) feet; deflect 89 degrees and 57 minutes left <br />and run northerly a distance of six hundred fifty seven and four -tenths (657.4) feet to the north <br />line of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter; defect 89 degrees and 57 minutes right and <br />run easterly along said north line a distance of nine hundred eight -two (982) feet to the east line <br />of section four (4); deflect 89 degrees and 47 minutes right and run southerly a distance of <br />fourteen hundred ninety four (1494) feet along the section line to the south line of the northeast <br />quarter; now the center line of State Road #42, and the beginning point of the description, <br />containing 40.0 acres, more or less; <br />Subject to pipe line easement in favor of Sinclair Refining Company, recorded in Deed Record <br />#116, page 197 <br />Parcel #55-05-04-285-007.000-016 <br />
