NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORE'SVILLE, INDIANA, <br />ON WAIVER OF NONCOMPLIANCE FOR LAST MOVE, LLC <br />The Town Council of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana will conduct a public <br />hearing to determine whether to grant a waiver of noncompliance to Last Move, LLC in <br />connection with the Town's Resolution No. --7 - 2019 (the "Resolution"), on August 6, <br />2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Mooresville Town Hall, 4 East Harrison Street, Mooresville, <br />Indiana, 46158, at which interested persons may be heard concerning Resolution No. <br />-2019 pursuant to I.
