TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE INDIANA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 -2019 <br />TITLE RESOLUTION SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING <br />VACATION OF ALLEY <br />WHEREAS, A Petition to vacate a public alley ("Petition") has been filed with the town <br />council of the town of Mooresville, Indiana ("Town Council' and "Town", respectively); and <br />WHEREAS, the Town desires to set a date for a public hearing on this Resolution in <br />accordance with Indiana code section 36-7-3-12 at which time the town council will receive and <br />hear comments and objections from interested persons concerning the proposed Resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council of the town of Mooresville as <br />follows: <br />1. The Town Council shall hold a public hearing on September 3, 2019 at 6:30 P.M. ("local <br />time") at the Mooresville town hall, located at 4 East Harrison St., Mooresville, Indiana. <br />2. The names and addresses of all owners of land that abut the alley to be vacated are as <br />follows: <br />a. Town of Mooresville 4 East Harrison St. Mooresville Indiana 46185 <br />b. Veterans of Foreign wars of the United States Mooresville Post 1111 Mooresville <br />Indiana 46158 <br />3. Notice of a public hearing shall be published one time at least ten days before the public <br />hearing. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the Town Council of the town of Mooresville, Indiana this <br />201h day of August, 2019. <br />[SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS] <br />
