All distances are measured from the perimeter of the actively used area within the zone requiting the buffer to the property line of the zone which needs to be protected. "Actively used area" shall include all buildings, outside storage areas, outdoor utility generation and transforming areas, driveways and other outdoor areas actively used for the business or indust~. "Actively used area" shall not include lawns, other landscaped areas or parking lots. Section 3.10 EROSION CONTROL The Developers, lot owners, and permit holders of any lot shall be responsible for erosion control during any construction phase or development state of the lot.
