H. Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Application for renewal of a license shall be made on <br /> or before October 1 of each year and accompanied by the annual fee of Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Such application shall also contain any changes in <br /> the information required by Subsection A above which have occurred since the <br /> previous application. <br /> <br />A license may be transferred to a new owner or operator or to a new location by a <br />license holder by giving written notice to the Council fourteen (14) days before <br />the effective day of such transfer, and upon filing therewith the complete <br />information required in Subsection A above for the new owner or operator, and <br />upon the finding by the Council that such new owner or operator or location is <br />qualified under this ordinance. The fee for a licensed transfer shah be One <br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00). <br /> <br />J. The Trustees shall have the power to revoke said license for the failure to comply <br /> with restrictions, requirements and conditions set forth in Section 7 herein. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 8 - NON-CONFORMING USE <br /> <br />SECTION 8.0 - NON-CONFORMING USE SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />The lawful use of a building or premises, or land, existing at the time of the effective <br />date of this ordinance, may be continued although such use does not conform to ah <br />the provisions of the district in which it is located, except as hereina~er provided. <br /> <br />A. A non-conforming use may be extended throughout a building provided no <br /> structural alterations are made therein, except those required by law. <br /> <br />B. A non-conforming use may be changed to another non-conforming use of the <br /> same classification, provided no structural changes are made. Whenever a non- <br /> conforming use has been changed to a conforming use or to a use permitted in a <br /> zoning classification of greater restrictions, it shah not thereafter be changed to a <br /> non-conforming use of a less restricted zoning classification. <br /> <br />C. No building shall be erected or an existing building expanded upon any premises <br /> devoted to a non-conforming use, except in conformance with this ordinance. <br /> <br />D. Nothing herein contained shah require any change in the plans, construction or <br /> intended use of a building for which the Improvement Location Permit has been <br /> legally issued prior to the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />E. In the event that a non-conforming use of any building or property is discontinued <br />for a continuous period of one year, the use of said building or property shall <br />thereafter conform to the uses permitted in the district in which it is located. <br /> <br />F. When a building containing a non-conforming use is damaged by fire, explosion, <br /> act of God, or other catastrophic circumstances to less than 1 V2 times its current <br /> assessed value, it shall not be restored except in conformity with the regulations <br /> of the district within which it is located. <br /> <br />77. <br /> <br /> <br />
