E. The applicant shall present written approval of the proposed sewage <br />facilities from the Town of Mooresville or the Morgan County Health <br />Department, whichever is applicable. <br /> <br />F. The applicant shall present written approval from the proper jurisdiction for <br />any proposed means of ingress and egress. <br /> <br />G. The applicant shall submit one complete sets of construction plans for the <br />proposed improvements. The plans must be certified by the Building Inspector <br />as meeting all building and mechanical codes required by local or State law <br />prior to issuance of the Improvement Location Permit. <br /> <br />H. As a condition of issuing an Improvement Location Permit, the Building <br />Inspector, or his agent may require the relocation of any structure or of any <br />entrance or exit, or the inclusion of an entrance or exit not shown on the plan, if <br />the requirement is necessary in the interest of the public welfare. <br /> <br />I. An Improvement Location Permit for a Special Exception may not be issued <br />until the application has been approved by the Board. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.3 - INDUSTRIAL USES: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />If an application for an Improvement Location Permit relates to a light or general <br />industrial uses, it must be accompanied by a Certificate of Compliance, subscribed by <br />a Registered Professional Engineer of the State of Indiana, stating that the use will <br />meet the performance standards established by this ordinance. After a ten day period <br />has elapsed during which the Commission or its agent has not required additional <br />information or objected in writing, he shall issue the permit. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.4- EXPIRATION OF IMPOVEMENT LOCATION PERMIT <br /> <br />If a person to whom an Improvement Location Permit has been issued fails to <br />begin construction within twelve months after the permit is issued, or fails to <br />complete fifty percent of the total plan within twenty-four months at, er the permit <br />is issued, said Improvement Location Permit shall be null and void. <br /> <br />Upon application by the holder of an Improvement Location Permit for a Special <br />Exception, the Board may change the plan on which the permit is based. The <br />Board shall handle the application as if it were an original application for an <br />Improvement Location Permit for a Special Exception. The filing fee for a <br />Special Exception shall be collected as established in Chapter 5. ffthe Board <br />approves the application, it shall notif~ the Building Inspector who shall issue an <br />amended permit reflecting the approved change. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.5 - RECORDS <br /> <br />A record of each Improvement Location Permit and each Certificate of Occupancy shall <br />be kept by the Building Inspector. Upon ~equest, a copy shall be furnished to any person <br />having a proprietary or possessory interest in the premises concerned. <br /> <br />80. <br /> <br /> <br />
