Such notice shall state: <br /> <br />(1) The location and legal description of the land involved in the petition. <br />(2) That the petition may be examined in the Mooresville Town Hall. <br />(3) The docket number and the specific request set out in the petition (in the <br /> event it is a re-zoning the specific type of classification being requested, and <br /> in the case of a variance, special exception or other public hearing the specific <br /> request being petitioned for). <br />(4) The time and location said petition has been set for public hearing along with <br /> the Board the Petition will be heard by. <br /> <br />3. Affidavit of Notice. The Petitioner shall furnish evidence of <br />compliance of the notice requirements by filing a notarized statement <br />with the Board or Commission as is appropriate. Said notice shall <br />list names and addresses of the property owners to whom the notices <br />sent out and the return receipts of postal registrations shall be <br />attached to the affidavit in the same order as the property owners are <br />listed on the affidavit and returned to the Clerk/Treasurer's offiee at <br />least five days prior to the Public Meeting. <br /> <br />4. Plan Commission. The Plan Commission meets on the fourth <br />Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted and <br />hears rezones, subdivision plats, minor plats, and planned unit <br />developments. <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the Plan Commission shall be in session until 10:30 p.m. <br />At the discretion of the Plan Commission the meeting can continue for the completion of <br />an item past 10:30 p.m. In the event there are additional items still scheduled on the <br />agenda, those items that have not been heard shall be continued until the following <br />Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall at which time the Plan Commission <br />shall re-convene without additional notices being required and the continued items shall <br />then be heard. <br /> <br />5. Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board of Zoning Appeals meets <br />on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise <br />posted and hears variances, special exceptions and appeals of <br />decisions of the Building Official. <br /> <br />6. Proposed Forms for Rezoning, Minor Plats, Subdivisions, <br />Planned Unit Development, Board of Zoning Appeals Variance <br />applications, Model Permits, and Special Exceptions are all on file <br />with the Clerk/Trea.surer's Office for the Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />7. All filing fees are posted with the Clerk/Treasurers Office and <br />shall be paid prior to the acceptance of the petition for re-zoning, <br />variance, plat, planned unit development, subdivision plat, model <br />permit or special exception. <br /> <br />82. <br /> <br /> <br />
