Sidewalks <br /> <br />-------------- <br /> <br />When parking areas are constructed, sidewalks shall be <br />installed adjoining said lots in all business and industrial <br />use areas with said walks to meet the standards set out in <br />the Subdivision Control ordinance of the Civil Town of <br />Mooresville. The sidewalks shall be installed on all <br />adjoining streets to the parking lot unless the parking area <br />is fenced and completely off of the town right-of-way. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------ <br /> <br />SECTION 3.4 - REQUIREMENTS FOR INDUSTRIAL USES <br /> <br />The following performance standards shall apply to all <br />industrial uses, in addition to the other requirements of <br />this ordinance. <br /> <br />A. Odor <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />No industrial use in any district may release an <br />objectionable or offensive odor that is detectable at the lot <br />line. <br /> <br />B.
