<br />G. <br /> <br />Annual fees may be prorated at the rate of Fifty Dollars <br />($50.00) per month for the remaining full months of the <br />current calendar year but not to exceed Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($500.00). Application for renewal of a license <br />shall be made on or before october 1 of each year and <br />accompanied by the annual fee of Five Hundred Dollars <br />($500.00). Such application shall also contain any <br />changes ~n the information required by Subsection A above <br />which have occurred since the previous application. <br /> <br />A license mar be transferred to a new owner or operator <br />or to a new ocation by a license holder by giving <br />written notice to the Trustees fourteen (14) daIs before <br />the effective day of such transfer, and upon fi ing <br />therewith the complete information required in Subsection <br />A above for the new owner or operator, and upon the <br />finding by the Trustees that such new owner or operator <br />or location is qualified under this ordinance. The fee <br />for a licensed transfer shall be One Hundred Dollars <br />($100.00). <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />I. The Trustees shall have the power to revoke said license <br />for the failure to comply with restrictions, requirements <br />and conditions set forth in Section 7 herein. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 8 - NON-CONFORMING USE <br /> <br />------------------------------ <br /> <br />SECTION 8.0 - NON-CONFORMING USE SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />----------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />The lawful use of a building or premises, or land, existing <br />at the time of the effective date of this ordinance, may be <br />continued although such use does not conform to all the <br />provisions of the district in which it is located, except as <br />hereinafter provided. <br /> <br />A. A non-conforming use may be extended throughout a build- <br />ing provided no structural alterations are made therein, <br />except those required by law. <br /> <br />B. A non-conforming use may be changed to another non- <br />conforming use of the same or greater zoning <br />classification, provided no structural changes are made. <br />Whenever a non-conforming use has been changed to a <br />conforming use or to a use permitted in a zoning <br />classification of greater restrictions, it shall not <br />thereafter be changed to a non-conforming use of a less <br />restricted zoning classification. <br /> <br />C.
