<br />1. The owners name and address. <br /> <br />2. The legal description of the property including bear- <br />ing notations and lengths. <br /> <br />3" Existing and proposed structures on the property in- <br />cluding wells, sewage facilities and finger systems. <br /> <br />4. Existing and proposed elevations of the building site <br />including the proposed elevation of the first floor <br />of the structure. <br /> <br />5. All easements required by the Zoning Ordinance or any <br />other ordinance of the Town, or by any Act of the <br />Legislature of the State of Indiana. <br /> <br />6. All adjacent streets including all required easements <br />thereto and also the location and size of ingress and <br />egress points from the property. <br /> <br />7. A statement certifying that the development will not <br />increase the downstream hydraulic peak of the water- <br />way in which watershed the property is located. <br /> <br />A. Plans so furnished shall be kept by the Building <br />Inspector as a permanent record. <br /> <br />B. All re~uired special use requirements, such as fencin~, <br />screen~ng, etc., shall be shown on the site plan requ~red <br />under subsection A. <br /> <br />c. The applicant shall present written approval of the <br />proposed structure from any agency, commission, board, or <br />other department of the State of Indiana having <br />jurisdiction over the proposed structure ~rior to <br />~ssuance of the Improvement Location Perm~t. <br /> <br />D. The applicant shall ~resent written approval of the pro- <br />posed sewage facilit~es from the Town of Mooresville or <br />the Morgan County Health Department, whichever is appli- <br />cable. <br /> <br />E. The applicant shall present written approval from the <br />proper jurisdiction for any proposed means of ingress and <br />egress. <br /> <br />F. The applicant shall submit two complete sets of constr- <br />uction plans for the proposed improvements. The plans <br />must be certified by the Building Inspector as meeting <br />all building and mechanical codes required by local or <br />State law prior to issuance of the Improvement Location <br />Permit. <br /> <br />89 <br /> <br />J <br />
