CHAPTER 9 - IMPROVEMENT LOCATION PERMIT --------------------------------------- SECTION 9.0 - APPLICABILITY --------------------------- A. The Building Inspector, or his agent, shall be responsible for the issuance of all Improvement Location Permits for any alterations to the condition of land, structures thereon, within the Jurisdictional Area of the commission. Any persons making said alterations must obtain an Improvement Location Permit for said alterations from the Commission prior to the start of any construction. B. The filing fee for an Im~rovement Location permit is shown on Table 2, which 1S hereby established as a part of this Section. SECTION 9.1 - CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY -------------------------------------- A. A. certificate of Occupancy shall be applied for concurrently with the Improvement Location Permit. B. No land shall be occupied or used and no building hereafter erected, altered or reconstructed shall be occupied or used, in whole or in part, for any pur- pose whatsoever, until a Certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Buildin9 Ins~ector, or his agent, stating that the use comp11es w1th all of the provi- sions of this ordinance. C. The Certificate of occupancy shall be issued within five days of the completion of the improvements authorized by the Improvement Location Permit, provided said im~rovements are in compliance with all provisions of th1s ordinance. SECTION 9.2 - DOCUMENTATION --------------------------- upon application for an Improvement Location Permit, the applicant must furnish the following information: A.
