Actual construction is hereby defined as work <br />done which is beyond the preparation stage and into that <br />stage where the changes or additions are made permanent. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 9 - IMPROVEMENT LOCATION PERMIT <br /> <br />--------------------------------------- <br /> <br />SECTION 9.0 - APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />--------------------------- <br /> <br />A. The Building Inspector, or his agent, shall be <br />responsible for the issuance of all Improvement Location <br />Permits for any alterations to the condition of land, <br />structures thereon, within the Jurisdictional Area of the <br />commission. Any persons making said alterations must <br />obtain an Improvement Location Permit for said <br />alterations from the Commission prior to the start of <br />any construction. <br /> <br />B. The filing fee for an Im~rovement Location permit is <br />shown on Table 2, which 1S hereby established as a part <br />of this Section. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.1 - CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY <br /> <br />-------------------------------------- <br /> <br />A. A. certificate of Occupancy shall be applied for <br />concurrently with the Improvement Location Permit. <br /> <br />B. No land shall be occupied or used and no building <br />hereafter erected, altered or reconstructed shall be <br />occupied or used, in whole or in part, for any pur- <br />pose whatsoever, until a Certificate of occupancy has <br />been issued by the Buildin9 Ins~ector, or his agent, <br />stating that the use comp11es w1th all of the provi- <br />sions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />C. The Certificate of occupancy shall be issued within <br />five days of the completion of the improvements <br />authorized by the Improvement Location Permit, <br />provided said im~rovements are in compliance with all <br />provisions of th1s ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.2 - DOCUMENTATION <br /> <br />--------------------------- <br /> <br />upon application for an Improvement Location Permit, the <br />applicant must furnish the following information: <br /> <br />A. The applicant must furnish a copy of a dimensioned site <br />plan drawn to scale and certified by a Registered Land <br />Surveyor or Registered professional Engineer showing the <br />following: <br /> <br />88 <br /> <br />-~ <br />
