ORDINANCE NO. ~ 1978 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ENACTING STAGGERED TERMS AND ESTABLISHING <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR TOWN TRUSTEES, PURSUANT TO <br /> AS AMENDED <br /> <br />18,1978 <br />RESIDENCY <br />I.C.18-3-1-16 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the civil Town of <br />Mooresville, Indiana, that: <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 18,1978 adopted on the 17th day of October, 1978, <br />is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Article I, Section 1, is hereby amended as follows: delete <br />in subparagraph (c) the numerical "2TM and insert in lieu thereof the <br />numerical "4." <br /> <br /> 2. Article I, Section 3, is hereby amended as follows: delete <br /> <br /> the numerical "3," thus reading in part "elected from Wards 1, <br /> <br /> and 5 on November 6, 1979 ." <br /> <br /> 3.
