AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA <br /> ON THE SOUTH AND NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF <br /> CARLISLE STREET FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH <br />INDIANA STREET TO THE PRIVATE ENTRANCE TO THE <br />PAUL HADLEY JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ON CARLISLE STREET <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that: <br /> By the powers vested in said Board of Trustees, by the <br />acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, it is hereby <br />ORDERED and ORDAINED that whereas it is necessary to control the <br />flow of traffic by establishing a limited no parking zone on the <br />south and north right-of-way of Carlisle Street from its inter- <br />section with Indiana Street to the private entrance to the Paul <br />Hadley Junior High School on Carlisle Street, it is hereby ORDERED <br />and ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted prohibiting parking in <br />said area during each school calendar year as is or shall hereafter <br />be established on Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:30 A.M. <br /> <br />to 2:30 P.M. <br /> <br />SECTION I: <br /> Be it hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that for the control <br /> <br />of the flow of traffic in the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, <br />Indiana, that on the south and north right-of-way of Carlisle Street <br />from its intersection with Indiana Street to the private entrance <br />to the Paul Hadley Junior High School on Carlisle Street during <br />each school calendar year as is or shall hereafter be established <br />on Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., <br />is established as a no parking zone and that no parking shall be <br />permitted at any such time at and along said right-of-way during <br />such designated school calendar year. <br /> <br />SECTION II: <br />The Town Marshall, or any other person designated by the <br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, <br /> <br /> <br />
