The eighty-four units which comprieed the initial <br />building project in 1973, and the present eixty-four more <br />units under construction are relieving some of the short- <br />age we face in appropriate housing. <br /> <br />Cloverleaf Properties, Inc. pay the city tex assessment <br />but services provided by street department and sanitary <br />pickups are handled by tha management of Park view Apart- <br />ments in a most efficient manner at no cost to the city. <br /> <br />.A_' ~~h <br />..., J ~ <br />./~ <br /> <br />Donald Dimond, Huntington Building Inspector had thie <br />to say about Parkview Apartments, "the management has been <br />very cooperative and we have had no problems. T~e buildings <br />and grounds have been well maintained and I bel1eve the <br />apartment complex is an asset to the community~1I <br /> <br />The police department concurs that this apartment com- <br />plex has created little or no problems in their departmant <br />and they commend tha menagament with the operation of this <br />apartmant dwelling. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br /> <br />
