<br />President Farmer indicated that a request had been made <br /> <br /> <br />to him for the continuance of the hearing on the proposed rezoning <br /> <br />of a lot east of the present McDonald Restaurant. <br /> <br />Upon motion duly <br /> <br />made by Bill Abbott, seconded by Jean <br /> <br />Henderson, and unanimously <br /> <br />carried, the request for a continuance of the petition was granted <br /> <br /> <br />and the matter shall be heard at the next regularly scheduled <br /> <br /> <br />meeting of the Plan Commission January ~, 1978, with no futher <br /> <br />public notice or written notification to adjoining landowners. No <br /> <br /> <br />remonstrators to the petition as filed appeared on this date. <br /> <br /> <br />President, Robert Farmer, advised the members of the Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Commission that he would not accept the reappointment to the Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Commission due to personal matters, and that the Board of Trustees <br /> <br /> <br />of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, shall be so advised. It <br /> <br /> <br />was determined by the Plan Commission that they would reorganize at <br /> <br /> <br />their regular meeting in January, 1978. <br /> <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Commis- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />sion, upon motion duly made by Bill Abbott, seconded by <br /> <br />Tilford <br /> <br />Bailey, and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Bill Abbott, Acting Secretary <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />'- <br />
