<br />Pa,a z <br /> <br />Minutes of the last meeting were read. Bob Johnson moved the minutes be approved <br />as read. Winston Tackitt seconded the motion and the motion carried. <br /> <br />After some discussion it was decided that when Mr. Loudermilk had a particular <br />permit to have action on or for discussion he could call a short meeting of the commission. <br /> <br />It was suggested that George Terrellre-submit for a permit for his mobile home <br />by him being power of attoDney for the property owner, Edith Killian. This was for <br />his own future protection. <br /> <br />A letter was received from Mr. Kenneth Dorsett asking if the Medsker property <br />on State Road 267 north of school property and south of the Northwood Shopping Center <br />was in the city limits. <br /> <br />Also, letters were received on the annexation of property in Hendricks County. <br />One was from a property owner and one from the Hendricks County Planning Commission <br />stating if it was annexed we would have to follow their building codes.
