As a result ofMike Young's refusal to Comply with this Court's Apr/l 9, 1999 <br /> <br /> order, Petitioners have had to occur additional attorney fees by having counsel address the <br /> Board's fa/lure with Plan Commission attorney Tim Currens and Phil Smith and to prepare and <br /> obtain a modification of the Court's order directing the Mooresville Plan Commission to sign the <br /> Minor Plat, which order by obtained June 3, 1999. <br /> <br /> 6.
