RESOLUTION , 2003 <br /> <br /> MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Redevelopment Commission having reviewed <br /> <br /> the Application for Tax Abatement filed by RSR Company, LLC. <br /> d.b.a. Cougar Bag, Inc. on the real property more particularly <br /> described as Lot 16 in Flagstaff Business Park, Mooresville, <br /> Morgan County, Indiana and determine that this area is located <br /> within an allocation area of the Redevelopment Commission and <br /> for that reason must determine whether or not to approve the <br /> Application. The Mooresville Redevelopment Commission having <br /> reviewed the Application of RSR Company, LLC. d.b.a.
