BEFORE THE MOORESVILLE TOWN <br /> <br /> In the Matter of the Establishment ) <br /> of an Economic Revitalization Area ) <br /> in the Town of Mooresville in ) <br /> Brown Township, Morgan County, IN ) <br /> <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> This matter came before the Town Council of Mooresville on <br /> <br />the ~ day of .~/~ ~f , 2003, in regular <br /> <br />session on hearing with notice pursuant to the provisions of <br />Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1 et seq., and the following Findings of <br />Fact are now made: <br /> <br /> 1. That on the /~th day of October, 2003, the Town Council <br /> <br />of Mooresville duly adopted a Resolution confirming the Economic <br />Revitalization Area pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code <br />6-1.1-t2.1 et seq., as currently codified, establishing an <br />Economic Revitalization Area in a rural area of Mooresville, in <br />Brown Township, Morgan County, being more particularly described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 14, Flagstaff Business Park, Mooresville, Morgan <br /> County, Indiana <br /> <br /> 2. Notice of this hearing was properly published pursuant <br /> <br />to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-2.5 and Indiana Code 5-3-1, the <br />proofs of such publication having been made in the Mooresville <br />Times and the Martinsville Daily Reporter more than ten (10) <br />days prior to this hearing, which proofs of publication are on <br />file with the Mooresville Clerk/Treasurer. <br /> <br /> <br />
