Motion carried <br /> 4-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Mathis to reappoint the <br /> Town's representatives to the Plan Commission, Andy Pygman, Tim Bennett, and Jim <br /> Bruner. Motion carried 3-0 with Councilman Pygman abstaining. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Dolen to reappoint <br /> Curtis Wilcher to the Mooresville Economic Development Commission from Jan 2002 to <br /> December 31, 2003. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />President Tom Warthen made a chair appointment of Richard Newcomer to the <br />Economic Development Commission for a term of January 2002 to December 31, 2004. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Les Farmer reported to the council that an Emergency Plan would be to the <br />Town Council by mid March 2002. <br /> <br />Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported twenty six(26) calls, eight (8) impounds, <br />and four (4) retums. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilman Mathis, second by Councilman Pygman to approve <br />payment of the claims. Motion carded 4-0. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the town council at this time, a motion <br />was made by Councilman Pygman, second by Councilman Dolen to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Town Council will be a special session on Tuesday, February 12, <br />2002, at 6:30 P.
