February 12, 2002 <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Town Council met in special session on Tuesday, February 12, 2002, at . <br /> 6:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> Town Council members present: President Tom Warthen, Andy Pygman, John L. Clark, <br /> and Toby Dolen. Council member Mark Mathis was absent. Town attorney Tim Currens <br /> was present. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to approve the <br /> minutes of the February 5, 2002, meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Public Hearing for Pro Vet tax abatement: Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, <br /> second by Councilman Clark to approve Findings of Fact. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Clark to approve <br /> Confu'matory Resolution #3~ .2_0~02/f~r/)~ro Vet Tax Abatement. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Public Hearing for Wittimn Yeager Annexation: Motion was made by Councilman <br /> Clark, second by Councilman Pygman to approve the Fiscal Plan for Serving the Yeager <br /> Property. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to approve <br /> Ordinance #3, 2002, annexing Yeager's five acres and house.
