February 12, 2002 The Mooresville Town Council met in special session on Tuesday, February 12, 2002, at . 6:30 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Town Council members present: President Tom Warthen, Andy Pygman, John L. Clark, and Toby Dolen. Council member Mark Mathis was absent. Town attorney Tim Currens was present. Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2002, meeting. Motion carried 4-0. Public Hearing for Pro Vet tax abatement: Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Clark to approve Findings of Fact. Motion carried 4-0. Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Clark to approve Confu'matory Resolution #3~ .2_0~02/f~r/)~ro Vet Tax Abatement. Motion carried 4-0. Public Hearing for Wittimn Yeager Annexation: Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Pygman to approve the Fiscal Plan for Serving the Yeager Property. Motion carried 4-0. Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to approve Ordinance #3, 2002, annexing Yeager's five acres and house. Motion carried 4-0. There being no further business to come before the council at this time, a motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 4-0. Motion was made by Councilman Clark, second by Councilman Dolen to approve the minutes of the February 12, 2002 meeting. Motion carded 4-1.
