205 <br /> <br /> The bids will be reviewed and acted on at the regular Town <br /> Council meeting January 4, 1994. <br /> <br /> Council President Ballard read a letter to the Council from <br /> the Mooresville Revitalization Group concerning graffitti on <br /> the stone entry way to Crestwood Drive. Councilman Viles will <br /> talk to the home owners where the entry way is located to work on <br /> a solution to this problem. <br /> <br /> Councilwoman Pat Overholser presented a letter from Mooresville <br /> High School requesting no roadblocks on Saturday, May 28, 1994 <br /> due to Mooresville High School graduation. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser, second by <br /> Councilman Viles to prohibit roadblocks on Saturday, May 28, 1994 <br /> due to Mooresville High School graduation. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilwoman <br />Overholser to approve a Resolution for Transfer of Funds. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilman <br />Viles to adopt Ordinance #19-1993 An Ordinance Concerning the <br />Annual Compensation of the Officials and Employees of the Civil <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser, second by Councilman <br />Viles to approve the Contract for Employment of Attorney. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> The Council discussed the possibility of installing a stop <br />sign on Monroe Street at Harrison Street. Town Attorney Tim <br />Currens will prepare an ordinance to establish a stop at this <br />intersection. <br /> <br /> Mr. Carlton Waite and Mr. Carlton Ray reported to the Council <br />on the South Street and South Street Alley Sewers Infiltration <br />and Inflow Abatement Project, Sycamore lane Sewer Extension, and <br />Perry Acoustics, Inc. Drainage Overview. <br /> <br /> Council President Ballard reported there were thirteen (13) <br />animal calls, two (2) animals impounded, one (1) animal returned <br />to the owner. The total number of animal calls for 1993 is as follows: <br />three hundred and twenty six (326) calls, one hundred and thirty-six <br />(136) impounded, and forty-seven (47) animals returned to the owners. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser to pay the bills <br />and claims, second by Councilman Edwards. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> There..being no.further bus%n~.~S to come before the..Moo~esville <br />Town .Counc%l a%.~this time, motion to~adjgurn~was;made~bY Coun6ilman <br />Viles, second by Councilman EdWards.
