No members were absent. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Swisher appeared before the Council requesting the Council approve <br />a contract with the Roberson Woods Homeowner's Association for lighting <br />in Roberson Woods Subdivision. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilman Edwards to <br />approve a contract with the Roberson Woods Homeowners Association contracting <br />that the Town of Mooresville will pay for ten (10) street lights at IPI's <br />town street light rate in Roberson Woods; additional cost of ornamental street <br />lighting in this addition will be the responsibility of the homeowner's <br />association. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
