229 There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Town Council at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilman Ballard. The Mooresville Town Council will meet in executive session Tuesday, August 16, 1994 at 6:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Court, 215 E. High Street. The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be held Tuesday, August 16, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Court, 215 E. High Street, Mooresville, Indiana. Council members present were Dick Heald, Steve Edwards, Tim Viles, Steve Ballard and Pat Overholser. No Council members were~absent. The Council discussed street department personnel with Street Superintendent Joe Beikman. Council members present were Dick Heald, Steve Edwards, Tim Viles, Steve Ballard and Pat Overholser. No members were absent. Mr. John Swisher appeared before the Council requesting the Council approve a contract with the Roberson Woods Homeowner's Association for lighting in Roberson Woods Subdivision. Motion was made by Councilman Heald, second by Councilman Edwards to approve a contract with the Roberson Woods Homeowners Association contracting that the Town of Mooresville will pay for ten (10) street lights at IPI's town street light rate in Roberson Woods; additional cost of ornamental street lighting in this addition will be the responsibility of the homeowner's association. Motion carried unanimously.
