Motion carried 3-0. <br /> AcGinley from the Grace Church, 4 East Harrison Street appeared before the Council to ask <br /> a~e Town could pay some repair bills for the sewerline damage they had. This damage was <br /> caused when Reynolds Construction slip-lined the lines for the Town. The lateral had not been <br /> hooked back up when the repairs were made. Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by <br /> Councilman Wright to reimburse the Grace Church and for the Town to seek re-imbursement <br /> from Reynolds Construction. Motion carded 3-0. <br /> Mike Ragan of 856 Landersdale Road in Camby asked to be hooked on to the sewer. He lives <br /> diagonally across from Collett Acres. Swinney Brothers had informed him a lateral could be <br /> installed relatively easily. Motion was made by Councilman Wright, second by Councilman Dolen <br /> to allow Mr. Ragan to hook onto the sanitary lines. Motion carded 3-0. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Wright to approve the annexation <br /> request made by Michele Cravens. Her property is next to Woodland Hills. Motion carded 3-0. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Wright to approve the re-zoning <br /> of the Fred Fisher land on Highway 67 East of Gray Brothers Cafeteria from I-1 to B-3. Motion <br /> carried 3-0. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Wright to deny swimming pool <br /> fill exemptions from the sewer bill. Motion carded 3-0. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Wright, second by Councilman Dolcn to approve the additional <br /> appropriation for Local Roads and Streets for paving to be completed in 1997.
