January 28, 1997 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Town Council met in a Special Session on Tuesday, January <br />28, 1997 at 10:00 A. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Town Council members present were: President Mark Mathis, Vice-President <br />Andy Pygman, Jim Hensley, and Toby Dolen. Bill Wright was absent. <br /> <br />President Mathis informed the Council Mr. Tom Keough would not be able to <br />be a member of the Police Commission Board. Motion was made by Councilman <br />Dolen, second by Councilman Hensley to appoint Republican Dennis Knierim for <br />a two (2) year term to the Police Commission. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Pygman reported to the Council a group had been formed at Crafton <br />Meadows and they will attend the February 4, 1997 Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Hensley to adjourn <br />the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The ne~ meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be an Executive Session <br />on Saturday, February 1, 1997 at 10:00 A.
