Tim Wallman, who was present in the audience, asked who xvas in charge of opening up Bridge <br />Street. President Mathis said County Engineers had been out to Bridge Street and that thc Town <br />did not have control over that intersection, because it belongs to the County. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councihnan Wright to approve an Assistant <br />Supervisor in the Utility Department at an unskilled labor rate of approxi~nately $10.00. Motion <br />carded 4-0. <br /> <br />Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported thirteen, (13) calls, nitre ~9~ impotmdct{, anti lh~cc "'~ <br />(3) returned. <br /> <br />There were no claims to approve. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Council at this ti,ne, motion was lnade by <br /> Councilman Dolen, second by Councilman Pygman to adjoum the meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br /> The next meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be on Monday, December 1,1, 1998, <br /> instead of Tuesday, December 15, 1998 at 7:30 P.
