HNTB is currently studying the situation to find a company which can administer this test effeciently at a reasonable cost. 3. It will also be necessary for the plant to have an alternate source of energy in the case of a power failure. HNTB suggests the town study all alternative energy sources and select the most inexpensvie method. Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Councilman Heald to approve the first reading of Ordinance #17-1989 A Sewer Use Ordinance. Town Engineer Bill Abbott and Street Superintendent Joe Beikman advised the council that the drainage problem in the east-west alley between Main Street and Washington Street could possibly be helped with a storm drain running north and south on the property of Mr. William Krueger. The board stated they would start the process to obtain the necessary easements for this project. E.D.C. Director Randy Haymaker asked the Council to allow him to take the necessary steps to pursue the establishment of a Redevelopment Commission. Mr. Haymaker stated that this board will consist of five members, two appointed by the Town Council, there appointed by the Council President. Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Council- man Overholser to approve the request of the E.D.C Director. Motion carried. Motion was made by Councilman Forbes and second by Council- man Heald to approve the bills and claims. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Town Council at this time motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman Overholser. Motion carried.
