Motion carried. <br /> <br /> The next regular me~eting of the Mooresville Town Council will be <br /> held Tuesday, November 21, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Pr~id~ent - . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> / reasurer ~ <br /> <br /> November 21, 1989 <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council was <br />held Tuesday, November 21, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at Mooresville Town <br />Hall. <br /> <br /> Council members present were Dick Heald, Pat Overholser, <br />Jack F~bes and Steve Edwards. No Council members were absent. <br /> <br /> Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Carl Waite of HNTB appeared before the council to review <br />the new MPDS permit specifications. Mr. Waite advised the council <br />that the new permit will make three additional mandates on the <br />Waste Water Treatment plant. <br /> <br /> 1. It will be necessary for the plant to <br /> dechlorinate the affluent from the plant. <br /> The town will have 120 days after the permit <br /> is issued to advise the state what method <br /> will be used to dechlorinate. Mr. Waite <br /> estimated the cost of dechlorination will be <br /> approximately $25,000.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
