Ferrill and Charolette M. <br /> Ferrill of 570 Keller Hill Road, MOOresville, Indiana requestin <br /> Variance from the development Standards of the Town of <br /> M°Oresville,s Zoning Ordinance requesting permission to put a s~ <br /> twenty Square feet in Size to advertise a daycare Use on the <br /> property ZOned residential. The MOOresville BOard of Zoning <br /> Appeals having heard evidence on the Petition filed by the <br /> Ferrills now makes the following findings of fact pursuant to I.( <br /> 36-7-4-978.5: <br /> 7. That the approval of the Variance Will not be injurious t <br /> the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the <br /> Community in that the requested Variance does not propose any <br /> public health hazard or threat to the general Community. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Use and value of the area adjacent to the <br /> property Would be affected in a SUbstantially adverse manner due <br /> to the Size of the Sign reflecting a business type use in a <br /> <br /> residential area thus Changing the Character of the residential <br /> use and affecting property Values. <br /> <br /> 3. That the Strict application of the terms of the Zoning <br /> ordinance Would not result in practical difficulties in the Use of <br /> the property in that there is no evidence that the property Cannot <br /> <br /> satisfactorily be Used as a residential Use and is CUrrently being <br /> Used as a family dwelling. <br /> <br /> That the MOOresville Board of Zoning Appeals adopts these <br />findings of facts and denies the Variance requested at the meeting <br />of August 78, 7993. <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALs <br />Stev~~ <br /> <br /> <br />
