MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

FINDINGS OF FACT

The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the
variance request filed by Jeff Endsley, requesting a width to

depth ratio variance on lots
from the 2.5 to 1 ratio, the
findings of fact pursuant to

3 and 4 in Jeff Endsley's minor

Board now makes the following

I.C. 36-7-4-918.5:

plat

1. That the approval of the variance will not be injurious
to the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the
community due to the fact that the lot sizes need to be larger to
allow for both a well and septic.

2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the
property included in the variance will not be affected in a
substantially adverse manner due to the larger lots making a
better development in this area with wells and septics.

3. That the strict application of the terms of the zoning
ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use of the
the property which would create certain amounts of wasted ground
in the development.

The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals grants the variance
this 21st day of July, ~993.

MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

~'~ve Oschman, Chairman
