Commissioner Williamson said that he feels like the commission has all the <br /> information necessary, Commissioner Ehrhart also said that it would be a good place for <br /> a church. The <br /> reason for the replat is to eliminate a 10 foot drainage easement which was the original <br /> lot lines between lots 17 and 18. Mr. Holloway mentioned that during the Tech <br /> committee suggested that a note be on the plat stating that Hancel Parkway is a private <br /> Street, which has been done.
