~: <br />Council President Tom Wartl~en explained that legal counsel had set Public Hearings for <br />Meadowlake and Karr properties for annexation. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Clark with a second by Councilman. Dolen to approve the Fiscal Plan for Meadowlake <br />LLC. Motion carried 5-0. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Dolen to <br />approve Ordinance 4, 2007, to amend the Salary Ordinance for 2007 to allow shift <br />differential pay for police dispatchers. Motion carried 4-1 with Couzzcil President <br />Worthen opposed. <br />Council President Worthen azuaouzzced three appointments for the different boards needed <br />to be made. A motion was made by Cauncilzrxazx Clark with a second by Councilman <br />Dolen to appoint Darrell Brown to the Plan Commission. .Mohan carried 5-0. Troy <br />Bryant's place on the Plan Cozxunission still needs to be filled by an employee. <br />Joe Beikman; Street Superintendent, recommended. a camera system for sewer lines. <br />This will allow them to identify izzfiltration, locate laterals, identify and inspect any lines <br />far potential or current problems. Brown Equipment is the one that is portable and can be <br />put on a trailer to be rolled. into yards and right of ways. Three quotes as follows: <br />Best Equipzxient $65,889.b8 <br />Brown. Equipment 63,30U.OU <br />Brown Equipment 59,500.00 <br />Food & Beverage tax will be used far the purchase. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Dolen with a second by Councilman Clark to accept the lowest bid from Brown <br />Equipment of $59,500.00- Motion carried 5-0 <br />No animal control report toziight. <br />Council President Wartheza said he had received information or responses from the <br />Department (leads from the questionnaire. Councilman Slieilds asked Councilman <br />Worthen if lze was going to include any goals for the council. His answer was yes. <br />A motion was nxade by Councilman Clark with. a second by Councilman Dolen to <br />approve payment of the claims. Motion carried 5-0. <br />There being no further business from the Town Council, a motion. was made by <br />Councilman Dolen with a second by Councilman Clark to adjourn the meeting.
