Council members present were: President Tom Worthen, Mark Harris, John L. Clark, Toby Dolen, and Eric Shields. No members were absent. Town attorney Tim Currens was also present. Jim Taylor, Grace Church, gave the prayer. Cauncilruan Harris made a motion with a second by Councilman Clark to approve minutes of March 6, 2007. Motion carried unanimously.
