This meeting was Public Hearing for the Crofton, Villages of Eastmore, annexation and <br />Jones Mortuary annexation. There were na public comments and no comments from the <br />council. A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Dolen <br />tc~ ~pprave the Fiscal. Plans far both annexations. Motion carried 5-0. <br />.~ <br />A niution was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Shields to <br />approve Wastewater Availability fees for Mar-Ka (Dairy Queen) in the amounts of <br />$3,300 Availability fees and $2,970 Connection. fees. ;Motion carried 5-0. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Bryant to <br />approve an agreement with Mooresville Chamber of Commerce allowing them to use two <br />of Town of Moaresville's Centrex lines. The Town will bill the Chamber each month for <br />the use of the lines. Motion carried 5-D. <br />Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported twenty-nine calls (29), nine (9) impounds, <br />and five (5) returns. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Dolen with a second by Councilman Clark to lease <br />the Subaru given to the Town of Nlaoresville's Economic Development by TEA, USA to <br />the now county wide Morgan County Economic Development Corp. for a taken $1 a year <br />and Morgan County EDC would pay the insurance, maintenance, license plates, etc. A <br />thirty-day notice is to be given before ending the lease. The lease will be open ended. At <br />the end of the lease Morgan County EDC will give the car back to the Town of <br />Mooresville in good repair. Motion carried 5-0. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Bryant to <br />approve payment of the claims. Motion carried 5-U. <br />There being no further business to come before the council at this time a motion was <br />made to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried STD. <br />72 <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be on <br />Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at G:30 P. Perry, Clerk-Treasurer~~ <br />March 1 S, 2005 <br />The Mooresville Tawn Council met in regular session on Tuesday, March 1 S, 2005, at <br />6:30 P. Nl. at the Mooresville Tawn Hall. <br />Council members present were: President Tom Worthen, Tray Bryant, John L. Clark, <br />Toby Dolen, and Eric Shields. No members were absent. Town attorney Tim Currens <br />__ was also present. <br />Gene Deverak from Grace Missionary Church gave the invocation. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Dolen, with a second by Councilman Clark to <br />approve the minutes of March 1, 2005 with the following change; on page 3, last <br />paragraph, change Tom and I to Tom and Al. Motion carried 5-0. <br />First an the agenda was Rollaway Engineering with a request to rezone the Davee <br />Property on Highway 67 from Agriculture to I-2 far PACMoore. The project will be in <br />three phases. Phase 1 and 2 are the main building that they will unload rail cars inside of <br />and Phase 3 is the other two areas shown on the drawing that is for future expansion. The <br />Mooresville Plan Commission recommended favorably the rezone to the Town Council <br />far approval. The Master Use Plan calls for this area to be industriā¬i~. The PACMoore <br />project is an environmentally clean project. <br />
