A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Shields to <br />approve the Encumbered P O's from 2004 for 2005. Motion carried 5-0. <br />1 <br />1 <br />r~ <br />A motion was made by Councilman Shields with a second from Councilman Dolen to <br />approve the End of Year Transfers for 2004 to balance out the appropriations. Motion <br />carried 5-0 <br />A motion was made by Councilman Shields with a second by Councilman Dalen to <br />reappoint Dennis Knierim to the Police Commission for three years. Motion carried 5-0. <br />President Worthen made an executive appointment to the Plan Commission by <br />reappointing Robert Corbin for four years. The Plan Commission is one member short <br />and Councilman Bryant said he would have someone to f 11 the place by the next meeting. <br />A letter of proposal was in front of the Council members from Brian Schroeder from <br />PDH TNC. The proposal is for leased an area located at 280 Park Drive. They need <br />approximately a 35 X35 foot area to construct a wireless communication facility that <br />would provide wireless service for the surrounding area of Mooresville. The Town <br />would not be responsible for any costs associated with the construction or maintenance of <br />the facility. They are offering to pay the Town of Mooresville $650 per month to lease <br />the ground. The council had some questions pertaining to the Town putting an antennae <br />on it and if the company would remove their structure if the leave the area. Councilman <br />Bryant question who would get the benefit of the money if another can-ier wishes to co- <br />locate with this company. Jae Beikman, Street Superintendent, said he had asked the <br />question and PDH would get the benefit, but Item #3 doesn't read quite that way. Tim <br />Currens will contact them to get more concrete infarniation. Joe, Beikman said there was <br />40 feet between the salt barn and the fence. He said he would like to see if it would be <br />possible to install FIVI for his street trucks for wireless. Attorney Currens will report back <br />at the next meeting. <br />Animal Control Officer Mark Taylor reported twenty-eight (28) calls, six (6) impounds, <br />and three (3) returns. <br />The council will meet at the Public Hearing for a Fire Territory on Thursday, January 20, <br />2005 at 7PM at the School Administration Building. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clark with a second by Councilman Shields to <br />approve payment of the claims. Motion carried 5-0 <br />There being no further business to come before the council at this time a motion was <br />made by Councilman Clark and a second by Councilman Dolen to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried 5T0. <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be on <br />Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at 6:30 P.
