. A representative from Melinda O'Dell office asking about the fence between the <br /> properties. <br /> It was said that this would not be a problem. Parking was discussed, Ms. Stewart said that <br /> it was calculated the there was room for 11. 1 spaces which will be paved. Ann Whaley <br /> mentioned that that the parking spaces were to 9 x 20 feet. It was also said that there <br /> would be a buffer fence to the west. After clarifying that only the first floor would be <br /> used and no other questions. With no other questions Mr. Kramer read the Findings of <br /> Fact with still no questions or problems. Mr. Kramer asked for a motion on this variance, <br /> a motion was made by Ann Whaley to approve the variance as follows the second floor is <br /> not to be used, 9 parking spaces with the parking to be paved and a buffer fence to go the <br /> west of the property, Mike Young seconded the motion. The vote was 3-0 with none <br /> opposed. <br /> With no other business a motion to adjourn came from Ann Whaley seconded by Mike <br /> Young, motion carried 3-0 with none opposed. <br /> The next meeting will be August 11, 2011 <br /> hairman: <br /> Attest: <br /> Secr tary: <br /> • <br />
