There was some discussion about the homes that <br /> were built like doubles, and the single car garages. Also the green spaces or parks,they <br /> don't seem to be taken care of when the subdivisions get older. Commissioner Ehrhart <br /> felt that we need another subdivision like Pioneer Country Estates. They did not feel that <br /> the doubles were attractive or would sell well. Mr. Holloway said that they could go with <br /> all single family homes, with no club house or pools. With a little more discussion about <br /> type of homes, size of lots to allow pools to be installed, size of homes and green space <br /> and parks. Mr. Holloway will bring this project back at another time. <br /> The next items on the agenda,Holloway Eng; For Rick Allison 2 lot and a 4 lot minor <br /> plats. Mr. Holloway told the commission the Town Council had approved sanitary sewers <br /> to be put into the east of the Allison property. The 2 lot minor plat which would run along <br /> Ferguson Road and south of Allison Road, would consist of,Jpt one being 2.954 acres <br /> and lot two being 13.447 acres. Commissioner Bryant asleif this was one lot and now <br /> going to two and if the Transmission shop would be plat or the 4 lot plat, <br /> Mr. Holloway said that yes this is a one lot going to two lots and that the Transmission <br /> shop will be on the next plat. With no other questions Chairman Young asked for a <br /> motion. A motion was made by Commissioner Bryant to approve the Plat,motion <br /> seconded by Commissioner McGuire. The motion carried 6-0 with none opposed. <br /> At this time Mr. Holloway presented the Allison 4 lot Minor Plat. Commissioner <br /> McGuire asked for clarification on the line behind the new addition. With no further <br /> questions Chairman Young asked for a vote, Commissioner Bryant motioned to approve <br /> the plat as presented, motion seconded by Commissioner Berwick. The motion carried 6- <br /> 0 with none opposed. <br /> Commissioner McGuire brought up the sale of cars in yards. He said that the Abandoned <br /> Vehicle Ordinance, does not say anything about selling vehicles in your yard, He also <br /> said that Zoning Ordinance says that you need to be zon 1,-1 to have car sales. <br /> McGuire asked how that was hapdled. Mr. Currens said that as a license plate,it is not <br /> an abandoned vehicle,he alsothe ones that were enforced in the past were ones that <br /> had more than one vehicle and that they,,' ining a business.
