Raymond Mong 44 West Greencastle Road came before the Commission requesting <br /> information about putting a Modular Home at the corner of Greencastle Road and Bray <br /> Road. The lot is about %z acre with an existing septic system. After discussion on the <br /> matter, it was decided that Mr. Currens will look into legal issues and get back with Mr. <br /> Mong. <br /> At this time Chairman Young asked for a report on the temporary signs around Town, <br /> after much discussion and a revision on the sign ordinance was a mentioned. <br /> Commissioner McGuire asked what could be done will all the inoperable vehicles <br /> setting in yards. Mr. Currens said that if the resident owns the vehicle there isn't <br /> much that can be done. The State Ordinance does not apply to owners of vehicles <br /> with out license. Chairman Young asked about 5000 Landersdale Road with many <br /> vehicles etc. in the yard and drive. The matter of Heartland crossing needing to be build <br /> according to there commitment was brought up, Mr. Currens said that a letter had been <br /> sent. Mr. Currens will be checking to see if we can do any more about the vehicles <br /> setting on the streets, in driveways and in yards. <br /> Mr. Beikman reported 24 permits and 63 inspections. <br /> With no more business, a motion to adjourn was made by Commissioner Williamson <br /> And seconded by Commissioner Ehrhart.
