After much discussion about the project Member Ann Whaley <br /> reminded the commission the only thing they were voting on is if the project was in <br /> compliance with the towns master land use plan. The Board of Zoning Appeals had <br /> already approved the project. Whaley made a motion that the charter and location of the <br /> proposed use would not adversely impact the master land use plan. Member Bill Colbert <br /> seconded the motion and it was passed 5-1. Member Jeff Dieterlen voted against the <br /> motion. Members Perry King and Bev Viles had to leave the meeting and were not able <br /> to vote on the matter. <br /> The next matter on the agenda was to approve a new fee schedule. Member Ann Whaley <br /> made a motion to approved the proposed amendment to the fee schedule. Member Darrell <br /> Brown seconded the motion and it passed 6-0. <br /> Joe Beikman reported that there had been 11 permits and 16 inspections completed in the <br /> last month. <br /> Member Ann Whaley made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
