1. That the approval would not be injurious to the public <br /> health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community <br /> since this use was certainly compatible with the area. <br /> 2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the <br /> property included in the variance would not be affected in a <br /> substantially adverse manner due to the lot size and proposed <br /> use all being consistent with the area. <br /> <br /> 3. That the strict application of the terms of the zoning <br /> ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use <br /> of the property due to the size of the ground, the fact that <br /> all was consistent with the Master Land Use Plan and <br /> Subdivision Control Ordinance standards. <br /> <br /> A motion was then made by Alan Kramer to approve the variance <br />and the findings.
