He advised that <br />there would be no sign necessary and that the business has been <br />operated without any problems in the past and unbeknownst to most <br />people. He advised that the Fullers did not know it was in violation <br />until the Plan Commission contacted them. Mr. Smith presented a <br />petition signed by some homeowners in the area showing they had no <br />objection to the use. He advised that the Fullers did have a van <br />with the phone number and the name of the business on it which sits <br />at the side of the house. The board then asked if there were any <br />questions from the floor. A question was voiced why both lots 17 and <br />18 were included and Mr. Smith told the board that only the current <br />structure would be included or needed for the variance. Raymond Bower, <br />of 81 Lambert Road, advised that he owned a lot in this subdivision <br />and that Mrs. Fuller advertises in the yellow pages and that the <br />van is frequently parked at the residence. He also advised that there <br />were restrictions in the subdivision and that there are a lot of nice <br />homes which could be adversely affected in value. Don Kouns of <br /> <br /> 932 South Johnson Road then spoke. Mr. Kouns advised that he had <br /> lived across the street for approximately eight years and was not <br /> <br />even aware of the business.
