1. That the approval of this variance would not be injurious

to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare
of the community in that the request for a ten (10) foot
reduction in set-back was nominal and the construction in
every other way complied with the ordinance.

2. That the use and value of the property adjacent to the
property included in the variance will not be affected in
a substantially adverse manner and that all surrounding
property is business oriented and all have identification
signs and the placement of this sign being ten (10) feet
shorter than the ordinance requires will not have any
noticeable affect on these properties.

3. That the strict application of the terms of the zoning

ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use
of the property and that requiring the sign to be placed
sixty (60) feet from the property line would obstruct the
traffic flow from the gasoline islands.

Tilford Bailey moved to grant the request for a variance of the
set-back requirements from sixty (60) feet to fifty (50) feet.
Warren Franklin seconded the motion and it was unanimously carried.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the
meeting was adjourned by motion duly made, seconded and unanimously
carried.

Steve Oschman, Chairman

Warren Franklin, Secretary
Dated:
