2. Ail equipment to be stored behind the fenced area including <br /> portable signs after hours. During hours some items can be <br /> stored out in front but only one portable sign shall be <br /> displayed in front and there are to be no letters on said <br /> portable signs displaying any type of advertising. <br /> <br />3. That there shall be allowed one free-standing sign no <br />larger than a total of 64 square feet with a minimum setback <br />of 30 feet from the highway. In addition the only other <br />signs permissible will be placed on the building with a total <br />surface area limit of 200 square feet. That all state highway <br />requirements be met as to the entry way on to State Road 267 <br />including acceleration and deacceleration lanes if required by <br />the State Highway Department. <br />Paul Walters' motion with restrictions being made and seconded by Warren Franklin, <br />the vote was 4 for approval and 1 opposed that being Tilford Bailey. <br /> <br /> The next item to come before the Board was the petition for variance <br />regarding North Point Subdivision. This was filed by Stephen A. and Cheryl L. <br />Edwards and Donald M. and Bobble S. Barry. The specific variance sought in the <br />subdivision consisted of the following: <br /> <br /> 1. Reduction of minimum front yard abutting residential street to <br /> <br /> 30 feet from existing 40 foot setback line. <br /> <br /> 2. Variance from the requirement of the platted subdivision and <br /> therefore the subdivision control ordinance to delete sidewalk <br /> requirements (except for the sidewalks which would be installed <br /> along County Line Road in accordance with the platted subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />
