That the approval will not be injurious to the public health, <br /> safety, morals and general welfare of the community in that <br /> such standards are still greater than in many areas in the <br /> community. <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included <br /> in the variance will not be affected in a substantially adverse <br /> manner in that this should have no affect on the values. <br /> <br />3. That the strict applicat%on of the terms of the zoning ordinance <br />will result in practical difficulties in the use of the property <br />due to the length of the right-of-way of County Line Road of <br />Hendricks County and the normal requ£rements that the first two <br />Lots would be unjustly affected by normal requirements of the <br />zoning ordinance. <br />Wendell Thaler then made a motion to grant the variance in all three parts <br />pursuant to the finding of fact. Paul Walters seconded and the vote was <br />unamious.
