to replenish tanks during a fire. Next a letter from Town Board Member Steve
Edwards was read which supported the storage tank for purposes of future growth
for the town. The letter stated that Town Board Member Roland Summerlot likewise
supported the variance for the same reasons. J. H. Fondren from the water
company likewise testified that this was a part of the company's overall growth
pattern and had looked in this area to meet the future needs of Mooresville.

The Board then proceeded to hear other interested parties from the floor
starting with Leslie Troth, 135 West South Street, Mooresville, Indiana.
