One of the petitioners addressed the <br />commission, she sates that as it is a working farm they are open to having local <br />schools come to the farm for field trips and such at no costs, Jeff Dieterlen <br />expressed that opening the barn up to further events raises additional concern, <br />she also explained later that she has been speaking with another barn owner in a <br />neighboring community addressing that town in the same manner to allow for <br />events and the biggest concern was addressing the noise, with a mound and <br />trees. The Plan Commission questioned the proposed parking; the drawing <br />illustrates 140 unmarked parking spaces, on a grass area that the property <br />owners would maintain. Mike Young called for additional question and or a <br />motion, a motion was made to recommend to the Board of Zoning Appeal <br />allowance of events in the barn at Milkhouse Ln. this motion was seconded and <br />passed unanimously. <br />Second item on the agenda is a PUD at Bridgemor Village. John Larrison <br />explained that this is the next to last phase and the it was previously passed to <br />i change from a quad to three single family units, 518, 520 and 522 Bridgestone. <br />John Larrison clarified for Jeff Dieterlen that the final phase is closer to Bridge <br />Street. Virginia Perry made a motion to accept the PUD, it was seconded and <br />passed 6 -0. <br />The next items on the agenda are a Minor Plat and Rezone request filed by <br />Mark Peden, presented by Banning Engineering at Hadley Rd and Johnson Rd. <br />A representative of Banning Engineering began by stating that he believed <br />many commission members were present at the Tech Review meeting, and that <br />he was open to taking questions. Mike Young addressed concerns for traffic <br />hazards at the location, he wanted clarification if this was the only intended <br />entrance into the proposed site location. Banning Engineering indicated that yes <br />this was the only entrance and that trees and brush would be removed to <br />increase line of sight, the slope or grade could be slightly adjusted but he <br />foresees no real problems. Jeff Dieterlen expressed concerns for a traffic study, <br />Virginia Perry stated that she lives near that area and that traffic is heavier than <br />t most people many realize and that she has traffic safety concerns as well. <br />Banning Engineering told the commission members that the type of facility <br />
