variance is restricted to the lifetime of William Asher there is
no problem.

Petitioners indicated that there would be no exterior struct-
ural changes to the building, all the changes would be interior~
remodeling and restructuring to permit the building to become a
two ~amily dwelling.

Having heard all evidence, the following motion was mede by
Raymond House and seconded by William Abbotts

"A variance be granted for use of the property at 132 W.
Harrison St. as a two family dwelling with the stipulation that the
variance remain as such so long as the fi~e-tenant, William Asher,
is an occupant of one such dwelling unit. Petitioners agreed and
it is a part of the granting of the variance that at such time that
the life-tenant, William Asher, shall not occupy one of the such
dwelling units of the peoperty, the variance shall automatically
terminate and revert back to a single family residence."

Voting was unanimously in favor of the variance as stated in
the above motion.

Docket #4, 1977, was presented by Anthus D. and Martha Pygman
of 1281 St. Rd. 42, requesting a variance to build a house to
within 5 feet of the East boundry of the lot adjoining property
at 216 W. High Sto, also c~ned by the Pygmans.

Upon realizing that the zoning code requires only 7 feet,
they agreed there was room to build within the prescribed f6ot-
age of the zoning code and withdrew the petiton.
There being no further business, upon a motion made by William
Abbott and seconded by Raymond House, the meeting was adjourned.

President -

Respectfully submitted,
S'~cretary
