Mr. Holloway said that there would be a committee of <br />two that control the restriction on the fencing. <br />Mr. Bryant said they had presented covenants why were there no covenants with this petition. <br />Mr. Holloway said that just until a few days ago they were still discussing with the Crafton's just <br />what configuration this was going to be. He said they did not mind doing covenants and <br />restriction and they would have them before they approved the development. <br />Commissioner Crouch asked if the homeowners association would be responsible for the upkeep <br />of the alleys if they fall apart and snow plowing and all that. He asked if the Post Office would <br />have a problem with the mail boxes in the alley. Mr. Holloway said the homeowners <br />association would be responsible for the alley and he would check with the Post Office about the <br />alleys. Mr. Crouch asked if the entrance sign was out close to the street and Mr. Holloway said <br />that the sign would be minimum of fifteen feet from the back of the curb. <br />Commissioner Corbin said he noticed that sor of the mailboxes are on the street and some are <br />in the alley. Mr. Holloway said that the home that are not on alleys their mailboxes will be on <br />the street and they will get with the Post Office and do what ever they need. <br />Mr. Crouch asked if there would be parking on the streets and Mr. Holloway said there would be. <br />They made the boulevard extra wide to accommodate for the parking. <br />Mr. Young asked if they put restrictions in their covenants to limit motor home and boats to <br />parking on weekends only and no semi -truck parking. Mr. Holloway said all those things would <br />be covered in the covenants and restrictions, because it would destroy the community if not. <br />Mr. Bryant asked if he had a starting range for the price of homes in each of the two areas and <br />Mr. Holloway said on of the plain home of 1400 sq. ft. would cost from $180,000.00 to <br />$190,000.00. <br />Mr. Beikman asked if all the utilities would be in the alley and Mr. Holloway said that all that <br />was visible would be in the alley, but the sewer could be in the front if that was what he wanted. <br />Mr. Beikman asked if the town was to maintain the street and Mr. Holloway said the town was to <br />maintain the streets, but not the alleys. Mr. Beikman said he agrees the trees are beautiful and he <br />likes to see them out there, but if you drive thru Roberson Woods for example, he cannot sweep <br />
