1354 <br />Council President Warthen commented Chief Allen from the Police sends in a report every month, Dave <br />Moore, Street Dept., has been busy with paving bids, and the last time the Fire Chief, Tim Medsker gave <br />a report it cost the Town over a million dollars for a fire truck and ladder truck. The council will try to <br />get the department heads back to the reports. <br />Mooresville Clean Up Day is May 19, 2018. Volunteers are to meet at 9:00 at the Old Town Park shelter <br />house. Donuts, coffee, trash bags and maps will be provided. <br />Dave Allen thanked Dave Moore, Street Superintendent, for getting the newly refinished trash <br />receptacles back out on downtown streets. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Rogers with a second by Councilman Stanley to approve payment of <br />the claims in the amount of $396,083,18. Motion carried S-0. <br />There being no further business to come before the council at this time a motion was made by <br />Councilman Rogers with a second by Councilman Stanley to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br />The next regular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Town Council will be Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at <br />6:30 P.
