Building Inspector, Tim Bennett discussed the zoning of the property on 144 <br />�. that currently house a landscaping business and tire facility. After review of <br />county records both of these uses are allowed under the original BB zoning. <br />Tim Bennet also addressed concerns that an individual is running a business <br />out of his home on Cedarwood Ct. Mr. Bennett stated he'd received <br />complaints of log splitters, wood chippers and work trucks coming in and <br />out and the amount of equipment parked on his property, The President of <br />the homeowners association spoke of complaints he had received as well. <br />Mike Young confirmed with the commission members and town attorney <br />that unless the town was able to confirm the business the Plan Commission <br />was unable to take any action on the matter. <br />Tim Bennett reported 14 permits and 36 inspections since the last meeting. <br />During new business David Moore questioned commission members if they <br />had had time to review the new ordinance book as presented at the last <br />meeting. Perry King stated he had presented his copy to the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals for their review. Joe Beiknan believed it is ready to present to the <br />Town Council for final approval and acceptance. Dennis Chambers <br />expressed concerns and presented written documentation of his questions. <br />Mike Young discussed the possibility of members Joe and Dennis discussing <br />concerns prior to the next meeting. Mike Young stated the commission <br />would hold off on a vote until the next meeting. <br />When no further business was presented Perry King made a motion to <br />adjourn, Robert Alumbaugh seconded the motion and the motion passed 5-0. <br />Next Possible Meeting: Thursday August 23`d, 2018 <br />
